Members of the Buffalo Valley Neighbors Association (BVNA) live in Mifflinburg, Vicksburg, Lewisburg, and surrounding areas within Pennsylvania’s Union County and are drawn together by our mutual love and concern for our beautiful Buffalo Valley.

Mission Statement

The Buffalo Valley Neighbors Association has been formed to help preserve the quality of life of the Buffalo Valley. We will do our best to inform valley residents about developments that may affect this quality of life, and we will give local government planners our input and support as they seek to manage development in ways that will preserve the agricultural nature of our area for all of our residents.
